When you are interviewing for any position, there are some basic attributes that every employer is looking for:
• 1. Dress professionally. Remember that you are not only going to be representing Sunlight Care, you are also representing yourself. Make sure that your clothes are clean and pressed.
• 2. Be timely. The most critical part of your job will be puctuality. Making sure that you are ontime for your interview will be a great first step in demonstrating that you can handle the job requirements.
• 3. Make sure that you have the information for your references. We do a background check on every employee so make sure that you have at least 3 personal references and 3 professional references and their contact information.

You can expedite the hiring process by completing this application. We will call you for a telephone interview and if you are still interested in employment we will use your application to verify your references. Please fill out the online application as completely as possible. We will never contact your current employer without your permission.

At the time of your in-office interview you must bring a Photo ID, your social security card or passport, your original Certification or License. Also, if you have them please bring in your auto insurance card, your malpractice insurance card, all medical test results you have (Mantoux test results (PPD), varicella, measles mumps rubella and rubeolla titres, resent proof of physical exam from your physician, Hepatitis B test results).
