All of our Alzheimer's care givers are Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) that have been carefully screened by to make sure they are suited to the special requirements of patients suffering with dimentia, memory loss, or other cognative impairment. Sunlight Care specializes in working with all types mental difficiency so that as your loved ones needs increase, the level of care provided can be adjusted with minimal disruption or change in personnel.
You and our Registered Nurse will develop a customized plan together in the comfort of your home. The specific ADLs required to support the physical and mental health of your loved one will be carefully documented. Our homemaker services can be included with any service plan to help improve the quality of life for your entire family. The success of the care plan and the comfort of your loved one will be monitored periodically by our Registered Nurse through phone calls and visits to your loved one during service hours. Sunlight Care can also help provide information on State and County Resources as well as Alzheimer's Support Groups. Sunlight Care caregivers are rigorously trained to provide this care with a professional, cheerful spirit, preserving the client's safety, hygiene, and dignity.
